Scaleval was founded in 2026 in Libreville, Gabon, by Fred MEKAME MAVOUNGOU. The discipline is distinct from its practical implementation: scaleval.org documents the protocol — Appreciaries, Potices, Observatories and Scaleval Titles — while this site documents the science that studies them.
The founding paper establishes the discipline, its vocabulary and its branches. It is the reference citation for all Scaleval research.
